It is very close to my heart to bring “Yoga into your life”. To help you slow things down so you can become more aware of your body, mind and soul. You get to learn about linking movement and breath as our foundation of Yoga as well as the importance of the practice to a more healthy and balanced life.

My Yoga classes are all level based and can vary from dynamic and intense to slow, soothing and restorative. An all level class has the beauty of accepting and acknowledging that where you are today is exactly where you should be without comparing to others. You get to know your body and alignment and how we all breathe and move in our own unique rhythms.
