No matter if complete beginner or further along on your journey of Yoga. Private Yoga sessions allow me to fully focus on your personal goals and needs. Classes can be held virtually or face to face. After an initial consultation on your overall health and wellbeing we will arrange a first trial session. A schedule will then be put together depending on how many lessons and how regularly you wish to take them. We will work around your work and life to ensure that you can fit in your Yoga practice whenever works best for you.
