Welcome to Yoga with Anja
My name is Anja and I’m the founder of this South England based Yoga & Wellbeing business. My big passion was brought to life in Spring 2017, when moving from Switzerland to England and leaving the corporate life as a Project Manager behind.
classroom & online yoga classes
Yoga with Anja offers a vast variety of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness classes to individuals and corporate bodies. I teach locally for groups and private 1:1 sessions, and these days a range of live zoom classes, workshops and online retreats. Read more about my offerings below:
Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga
Vinyasa meaning connecting movement to breath. These classes offer you creative sequences that get your whole body moving & breathing. Well balanced between stretch & strength!
Looking into the anatomy and alignment of the most fundamental seated and standing Yoga postures. Establishing breath awareness & breath control.
A slow-paced style of Yoga formed of asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. A way to get into the deeper layers of the body, to relax & really connect within.
Meditation & Pranayama
Rest & Digest. These Mindfulness based Yoga classes are dedicated to bring more calm into your life. We are working with meditation & breathing techniques to balance the nervous system, to make you feel more relaxed and at ease.
Yoga for Toddlers & Tweens
I’m currently undergoing my Kids Yoga Teacher Training and I’m so excited to announce that from September 2020 I will start teaching Yoga to Toddlers & Tweens.
Yoga doesn’t have to be a singular practice. Why not get your whole family involved and start practicing Mindfulness and Yoga together in a fun & bonding way with Yoga with Anja.
